Designed to support the next generation of operational leaders within the logistics and transport sector, this apprenticeship combines practical, on-the-job experience with the supervisory skills employers need — team management, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving efficiency improvements. Who is it for? It's aimed at employers looking to develop their operational leaders and strengthen their workforce, and at individuals ready to step up into a supervisory role. Funding This is a government-funded apprenticeship programme, so there's no course fee to eligible learners.
